AFTER-SALES SERVICE REGULATIONS
All DSPIAE products are packed and delivered after quality conformance.
Please contact the dealer immediately in case of any product problems. If official after-sales service is in need, users can send e-mails to our official after-sales service email and we will provide the service in the first place.
( Defective products )
The users need to provide the purchase information and the ex-factory sequential number on the package and send the product to the official after-sales service shop. We will replace the product and send it back within 48 hours.
( Damages, missing parts, and out of warranty for personal reasons )
The users need to provide the purchase information and photo of the damaged product and explain the damaged location and condition of the product. The users should send the damaged product to the official after-sales service shop for replacement and maintenance. The relevant cost should be borne by the users.
(e.g. cutting nipper, file, cutter head, etc.)
In case of any quality problems about cutting products within 72 hours upon receipt of the products, it is available to contact the official after-sales service for replacement and repair.
The man-made damages are excluded from the after-sales service (e.g. rust, break, crack, deformation, etc.)
(e.g. circular cutter, Photo etched parts bender, tools rack, etc.)
In case of any quality problems about platform products within 90 days after the receiving of the products, it is available to contact the official after-sales service for replacement and repair.
Scratches on the surface and man-made damages are not covered by the after-sales service. The users should pay for the parts that are in need and out of warranty.
①. The users can contact the seller for replacement or contact the official after-sales service directly if product damage found after unpacking.
②. The man-made damages are not covered by the after-sales service.
③. Some parts are consumables (e.g. cutter, drill and other parts) and not applicable for after-sales service. Parts can be purchased from the dealer if the parts are damaged and require replacement.
④. The tooling products are consumables and not applicable for after-sales service if out of warranty.
